These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Maduqa, a product of Accufy Technologies. By using Maduqa, you agree to these Terms.
Maduqa is a WhatsApp customer engagement platform that enables businesses to manage conversations, automate responses, send broadcasts, and build customer relationships using WhatsApp.

You may not use Maduqa to send spam, hateful or illegal content, or any messages that violate WhatsApp's policies or applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service.
Paid plans are billed monthly via M-Pesa or other supported payment methods. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maduqa and Accufy Technologies are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or data arising from your use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Maduqa if you violate these Terms or WhatsApp policies, or if required by law or Meta/WhatsApp.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notification.
