·         Take a Mud bath. At a creek 27km off the coastal town of Mombasa is a magical mud that brings back the groove of youth. The mud contains sulphur and phosphates that fight bacteria and tone the skin. Visitors can cover themselves in natural volcanic mud that is said to have healing properties.

·         The mud is good for skin diseases such as pimples, allergies rashes, rheumatism, acne and arthritis.
