To facilitate the efficient, timely and uninterrupted delivery of our services to you, we provide a host
of support services.
LOGISTICS:
We offer secure transport services to and from event venue or facility. We will also advice you on
the best way to transport, store and secure your sound equipment.
PORTABLE POWER:
We will ensure that if your need is power, whether used as mains backāup or supply in a remote
location, you are never in the dark.
STAGE AND LIGHTING:
To ensure that your event runs as smooth as possible, we will provide information on how to obtain
the best from your lighting and stage design. We will also provide you links to the best equipment
available.
TECHNICAL TRAINING AND SUPPORT:
Whether it is your permanent installation or your hired equipment, we will train you and your users
on how to get the most out of the equipment safely and efficiently.
We will also provide support services where experience is required in setting up and operating the
equipment.
Technical training also comprises product and sound engineering training for owners, practitioners
and service providers.
