Through Enfinite Africa “Jaza Tuongee” solution, Safaricom and Celtel customers can access units from the comfort of their mobile phones. This is achieved by sending an SMS message to Enfinite Africa system indicating account number, units requested and password for transaction authorization. Upon successful verification and authorization, units are automatically loaded to the customer and the customer’s account debited accordingly. This solution aims at bringing savings to customers on the costs of travel to and from traditional sales outlets such as shops, supermarkets etc while expanding and enhancing the distribution channels for the mobile operators.
